Refund policy
We will replace and/or refund items only if the item is defective. Please submit a request to bejeweledbyke@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of the defective item. If the item is still in stock, it will be replaced, if not then it will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items that has been worn.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item has been shipping as we process orders quickly.
